Nick (Punk) Edwards

I have found this pattern to be very stable especially in windy conditions. The long cane tip can be dotted right down to a mere blip. this encouraging you to lift or twitch your bait. But when fishing on the deck with the heavier (4x14/16) sizes I have more of the tip showing. This aids in reading the bites, so more fish are hooked. I normally start a chop worm session fishing 6ins. (150mm.) over depth and shallowing up to fish the bait just touching bottom as session progresses, twitching and lifting all the time. All rigs are semi-bulk No.10 or 11 shot with No. 11 shots as droppers.
